Our checkin is online and prior to arrival. Guests must send a copy of their identification documents and sign the traveler's part online. The main guest must also provide their billing information and their tax number (EU) in reservations over €400 for the invoice.

Access to the apartment is with a code provided after registration. From your entry into the apartment, you must use only the keys that you will find inside (it will be your responsibility to take them with you). Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

It is not allowed to make noise, cause disturbances, play loud music or celebrate parties. Smoking is also not allowed in the entire building. Non-compliance with our policies may lead to the termination of the accommodation contract and the eviction of the establishment, without the right to reimbursement of the amounts paid, for which the property, in accordance with the law, may request the assistance of the agents of the authority.
